Ponsse has been ope­ra­ting in Poland for 22 years. In April 2021, Pons­se’s dea­ler com­pany CDN ERGO Ltd star­ted a ser­vice cen­ter pro­ject to strengt­hen Pons­se’s mar­ket posi­tion in Poland. Now, four years later, in Czarnków, in addi­tion to Pons­se’s 55th anni­ver­sary, we were able to celebrate the inau­gu­ra­tion of new pre­mi­ses. 

The date 1.4.2021 is impor­tant for both Ponsse and CDN ERGO.  At that time, the com­pa­nies star­ted a joint pro­ject to strengt­hen Pons­se’s mar­ket posi­tion and deve­lop after-sales ser­vices in Poland. The foun­ders of CDN ERGO have strong exper­tise and years of expe­rience in the sale and main­te­nance of har­ves­ters and forwar­ders. With the pro­ject, the team star­ted its work to improve cus­to­mer ser­vice, the qua­lity of mac­hine main­te­nance and pro­vi­sion of trai­ning for both mac­hine ope­ra­tors and mac­hine owners.

In addi­tion to after-sales ser­vices and trai­ning, CDN ERGO has also been invol­ved in orga­nizing semi­nars for fore­stry pro­fes­sio­nals and ent­repre­neurs from the very begin­ning. The pur­pose of the semi­nars has been to pro­mote modern solu­tions for mana­ging the forest mac­hi­nery and opti­mizing ope­ra­ting costs, as well as to enable Ponsse to have an impor­tant dia­lo­gue and direct feed­back chan­nel with the ope­ra­tors of the mac­hi­nes.

State of the art ser­vice cen­ter

Based on Pons­se’s gui­dance and the ESW (Effec­tive Safe Works­hop) pro­gram, a pro­ject was establis­hed to build a modern ser­vice cen­ter in Czarnków, Wiel­ko­polska pro­vince, close to lar­gest forest concent­ra­tion in Poland.

With the invest­ment of 2,35 mil­lion euro, a new ser­vice cen­ter with an exten­sive spare parts ware­house, a hall for new and used forest mac­hi­nes, and a trai­ning room with a full simu­la­tor, arose in Czarków. The ope­ning of the mag­ni­ficent buil­ding was celebra­ted toget­her on 16 May 2025.

Since the begin­ning, CDN ERGO’s owners and mana­ge­ment have had a clear vision of the deve­lop­ment of the com­pany and the forest mac­hine mar­ket. The com­pany wants to offer its cus­to­mers high-qua­lity main­te­nance and tech­nical sup­port for forest mac­hi­nes, and timely deli­ve­ries of spare parts and acces­so­ries, as well as trai­ning for mac­hine ope­ra­tors. In addi­tion, the com­pany wants to be a modern, friendly and, above all, safe workplace for its emplo­yees.
