Road Run­ner Repair began in 2011 when Aaron, after 13 years as a Field Ser­vice Tech­nician, made the bold deci­sion to start his own busi­ness. What began with a single ser­vice truck quickly grew into a full ope­ra­tion. Recog­nizing the need for a dedica­ted works­pace, Aaron built a two‑bay shop at his home in Boyd, Wiscon­sin. His com­mit­ment to cus­to­mer ser­vice, deep tech­nical know­ledge, and strong busi­ness ins­tincts hel­ped Road Run­ner Repair earn the trust of log­gers and con­struc­tion pro­fes­sio­nals across the region.

Pro­fes­sio­nal sup­port close to the cus­to­mer

In 2016, Road Run­ner Repair officially began its coo­pe­ra­tion with Ponsse as a ser­vice dealer—an impor­tant miles­tone that strengt­he­ned sup­port for Ponsse cus­to­mers throug­hout Wiscon­sin and bey­ond.

As busi­ness con­ti­nued to grow, Aaron part­ne­red with Jason Klu­kas in 2020. Jason brought a strong lea­ders­hip background from his ser­vice in the U.S. Air Force, where he wor­ked as a heavy die­sel mec­ha­nic for 10 years. The part­ners­hip paved the way for a major expan­sion. In 2021, Road Run­ner Repair ope­ned a state‑of‑the‑art faci­lity in Cadott, WI, fea­tu­ring:

Celebra­ting a miles­tone with Open House event

“2026 is a miles­tone year for Road Run­ner Repair, mar­king 15 years in busi­ness, five years in our Cadott faci­lity, and ten years of coo­pe­ra­tion with Ponsse”, says Aaron Vizer. “Our long-stan­ding part­ners­hip with Ponsse has been an impor­tant part of our jour­ney and our abi­lity to sup­port cus­to­mers with reliable, pro­fes­sio­nal ser­vice. The Open House event will be orga­nized on Fri­day, April 10, fea­tu­ring a parts special, axe throwing, BBQ chic­ken and pul­led pork with tasty sides, and oppor­tu­ni­ties to win great door prizes.
